Bill Wilkinson
Bill Wilkinson BA (Hons), MA, CMC – is the President of Wilkinson Consulting Inc. He has more than 25 years of experience as both a consultant and practitioner on matters related to workplace fairness. Prior to establishing Wilkinson Consulting Inc. in 1999, Bill had a progressive career at The University of Western Ontario, where he served as the first full-time Ombudsperson, Employment Equity Office and Director of Equity Services. He has completed over 400 hours of training related to alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and is a member in good standing with the Canadian Association of Management Consultants. Bill also holds the professional designation of Certified Management Consultant (CMC). His firm adheres to the tenets of CMC – Canada’s Uniform Professional Code of Conduct.
Bill has been an active volunteer for many years. His contributions to improving his community have been recognized with citations by the City of London, King's University College at Western University and Rotary International (Paul Harris Fellow). Bill's current activities are listed below.

Founded in 2010, the firm is located in London, Canada. 18 AM’s Advisory Committee is responsible for providing thoughtful advice to the President – CEO and management team on business strategy, governance, compliance and portfolio review.
Certified Management Consultant: Member in good standing - 2002 to Present
CMC-Canada advances the practice and profile of management consulting in Canada through education and certification of consultants, promotion of ethical standards and professional competency, and advocacy for the profession in public and government settings. The Certified Management Consultant (CMC) designation is the profession's only international certification mark, recognized in 49 countries. It represents a commitment to the highest standards of consulting and adherence to the ethical canons of the profession.

Owner representative: London West Branch 2012 - Present
Libro is Southwestern Ontario’s largest credit union. Customers are owners and maintain control over the direction of Libro through elected Owner Representatives. Owner Representatives have governance duties with respect to advising and guiding Libro on policies, planning, providing feedback on product and service ideas, and, carrying the voting rights of their branch’s owners during annual and special general meetings. Owner Representatives are also community ambassadors promoting Libro and encouraging individuals and organizations to submit applications for its community investment dollars strategy.
Judge: Business Achievement Awards - 2008 to Present - Chair of Judging Panel since 2011
Established in 1982, the Business Achievement Awards acknowledge and publically recognize the achievements of London businesses that exemplify excellence. Each year, the judging committee attends on-site presentations based on written submissions from the four finalists in three categories – small, medium and large businesses.
